Outside of school Activities-.The activity that we will be talking about today in outside activities is playing games on your phones and one of the most played games on phones is game pigeon were there are many games you can play with people who have your phone number.
Leadership- Last week the Leadership group attended their camp reunion and met with all the other leadership students from schools across southwest Iowa. We played games outside, and planned projects our school could work on. We came up with a t-shirt fundraiser to raise money for a charity still to be determined. We are currently working on the design for the t-shirt.
Boys Basketball- Right now we just started practicing A lot of team feels like it’s going good,A lot of experienced people are trying to help the people that just started.
Red Ribbon Week- Red Ribbon week is a learning lesson type of week for the Lewis Central Middle School students and staff. Each student and staff members are reminded of how drugs have such a large impact on people's lives and how one decision could be life changing. For the week of October 22-26 the LCMS students and staff are asked to dress up showing the many reasons to live drug free.
-Tuesday- “Put Drugs to Sleep”
(wear your PJ’s)
-Wednesday- “War on Drugs”
(each grade level will have a color war. 6th grade wears red, 7th green and 8th yellow.
-Thursday- “Block Out the Bullies”
(wear your sunglasses)
-Friday- “Be Bright! Don’t Do Drugs!”
(everyone wears neon colors!)
